In the news today is a story of Peter Braunstein who dressed up as a firefighter for a Halloween party in 2005 and then assaulted a former co-worker. In his letter to the judge prior to sentencing, he stated, “In fact, I did plan the crime intently, the madness resides in the fact that I had no motive or intent. Thus, once I attacked the victim, I had no idea why I was there, or what to do.” Does anyone else see the complete and utter contradiction? “[He] did plan the crime intently” but “[He] had no motive or intent”. There is no way a person, sane or crazy, could not have intent but plan something “intently”. It makes absolutely no sense! The defense attorney tried to convince the jury that Braunstein’s mind “broke”, but they took less than four hours to find him guilty. I have to say that this man obviously had intent if he brought a VIDEO RECORDER to tape the incident. I think this is a matter of getting caught and using the “insanity plea” to try and lessen the consequence. I hope this guy gets the recommended sentence of 25 to life.

Beginning June 17th, Father’s Day, all AT&T/Cingular customers with a Family plan will be able to add a new Family text package. This new package includes unlimited text to include all multimedia and instant messaging to any carrier for up to five lines for only $29.99/month.

I’m sure this is going to please a LOT of AT&T customers. It just doesn’t make sense to use the instant messenger knowing you’ve only got 200 messages for 4.99/month on each phone. Any teenager could blow up your bill in a week without trying.

If you could just recall these faulty Samsung Sync phones, this family will be in AT&T bliss. If you haven’t heard, yes, that bubble in the middle of your screen is happening to lots of people. Contact Samsung for a replacement.

The video you see below is one of several that have been posted on the internet to show what little kids were being shown on Al-Aqsa, a Hamas television channel. The show taught children what it meant to be a great Muslim, which apparently meant killing Jews and dominating the world with Islamic rule.

Maybe he/she should join the Blue Angels and do this full-time. It would be a lot better than crashing a helicopter while showboating in the desert. It’s clearly FWA (Fraud, Waste, Abuse) of the taxpayers’ property.
